Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PlusPH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlusPH platform, including our website at plusph.best, any associated mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing PlusPH, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use PlusPH. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Eligibility

To register and use PlusPH, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a PlusPH employee or partner company.
• You must not have a self-exclusion or voluntary ban in effect on any Philippine gaming platform.
• You must not have previously had a PlusPH account terminated for violations of these Terms.

PlusPH reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in your account being suspended and any pending withdrawals being held until the verification process is complete.

Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active PlusPH account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance or bonus funds.

When registering on PlusPH, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PlusPH login credentials (username and password). Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact PlusPH support immediately at support@plusph.best.

Deposits

All funds deposited to your PlusPH account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted. PlusPH may request documentation to confirm that a payment method belongs to the account holder.

PlusPH accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically reflected instantly in your PlusPH wallet.
• Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay may take up to two (2) banking hours.
• PlusPH does not charge transaction fees on deposits from its side; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

PlusPH reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there are grounds to believe it was made fraudulently, through a disputed or unauthorized payment method, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your PlusPH wallet at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name and matching the details on your PlusPH account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on banking days.
• PlusPH does not charge withdrawal fees; your payment provider's terms apply separately.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or if a transaction review is in progress.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

In cases where PlusPH has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. We will notify you of any hold and communicate a resolution timeline.

Bonuses & Promotions

PlusPH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to your PlusPH account separately from real money funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be turned over before withdrawal is permitted.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire within 30 days of being credited if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, device, or IP address.
• PlusPH reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the promotion.
• Bets placed using certain game types (as specified in individual promotion terms) may not contribute toward wagering requirements.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on PlusPH are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued by the PlusPH system. A bet slip that has not been confirmed is not a valid bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, PlusPH reserves the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds.
• For sports and MMA betting, if an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the member's PlusPH wallet.
• For live in-play betting, PlusPH may suspend or close markets at any time. Bets already confirmed before market suspension remain valid.
• Virtual sports results are generated by certified random number generation and are final once confirmed.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and PlusPH does not influence individual results.

PlusPH's decision on all betting disputes and interpretations of betting rules is final. Members who disagree with a settlement may contact our support team, but the platform's ruling is binding in all cases not resolved by mutual agreement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PlusPH and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to exploit promotions or distort betting outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or fund illegal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with PlusPH's software, servers, or infrastructure.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing PlusPH staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not legally authorized to use.

PlusPH employs fraud detection systems that actively monitor for prohibited conduct. Members who engage in any of the above activities forfeit all rights to balances, bonuses, and winnings accumulated during the period of prohibited activity.

Account Suspension & Termination

PlusPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms.
• Continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other members.
• The account has been identified as part of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• The member is in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, PlusPH will aim to resolve the matter within 14 banking days. Where termination is due to proven violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full depending on the nature of the breach.

Members may also voluntarily close their PlusPH account at any time by contacting support. Any legitimate real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 banking days of the closure request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PlusPH platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of PlusPH or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any PlusPH content without express written permission.

Access to PlusPH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell or sublicense Platform access to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

PlusPH provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime, security, and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss at all times.

• PlusPH is not liable for losses resulting from internet or connection failures beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider.
• PlusPH is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Our total liability to any member in relation to any single incident shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to that incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PlusPH's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

Responsible Gaming

PlusPH takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting should always be a form of entertainment and should never negatively impact your financial wellbeing, mental health, or personal relationships.

As a PlusPH member, you can set the following controls directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time reminders – Receive notifications when you've been logged in for a set period.
• Cooling-off period – Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-exclusion – Permanently close your account and request to be blocked from future re-registration.

Privacy & Data Protection

PlusPH collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable regulations from the National Privacy Commission. We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, and comply with legal obligations.

Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Amendments to These Terms

PlusPH reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or through a visible notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

If you continue to use PlusPH after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of PlusPH are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
